Direct deposits accumulate throughout the month before rent is due in NPS rent budgeting accounts, and NPS sends funds to your community via ACH at the beginning of each month.

Our state-of-the-art payment assurance platform has been successfully tested and approved for integration with leading industry enterprise systems. We provide seamless data flow for leasing support and customer on-boarding as well as real-time data on resident deposit status throughout each month of a lease. These forward-looking rent budgeting insights are unique to the NPS platform and provide additional opportunity for management oversight and efficiency. NPS is integrated with RealPage, Entrata and AppFolio. NPS clients that use Yardi automate the NPS process via the NPS APIs. All major rental housing enterprise systems can interface with NPS APIs.
