Client Services Manager
This is a leadership position responsible for delivering exceptional client service and results, high value/high impact client contact daily, and implementation of overall account strategy for client growth.
The Manager of Client Services will work directly with the VP of Client Services.

The NPS Customer Service Center serves as the "one-stop shop" for all operations-based calls from clients-either by answering the question immediately or coordinating with departments throughout the company to resolve problems.
Freelance Writer / Blogger / Cause Marketing Strategist
Work closely with EVP Marketing to launch a new consumer campaign designed to address the needs of the 99% of working Americans who need help building their credit and gaining access to essential services like housing. Responsibilities include development of educational materials and blog posts as well as weekly posting on targeted social media sites.
